At L.I.N.K. Empowerment Ministry, we know that lasting change happens when people feel supported and empowered. That’s why we’re proposing Community Empowerment Hubs—centers that bring together the resources, services, and faith-based guidance that individuals and families need to overcome hardship.

Costs Breakdown

Estimated Startup Costs: – $400,000 per hub

Breakdown:

  • Facility lease or purchase: $100,000 – $150,000
  • Renovations and furnishing: $75,000 – $100,000
  • Program development and materials: $25,000 – $50,000
  • First-year operational costs (staff, utilities, program supplies): $50,000 – $100,000

Timeline

Months 1-3
  • Identify potential locations in areas of high need and negotiate leases or purchases.
  • Partner with local service providers for job training, financial literacy, and counseling programs.

 

  • Renovate and furnish the facility to include multipurpose rooms, counseling offices, and a community meeting space.
  • Recruit staff and volunteers to run programs and services.

 

  • Develop a schedule of workshops, support groups, and training programs.
  • Host an open house event to introduce the hub to the community.
  • Begin regular programming and community outreach.

Our this hub will serve as a one-stop center for individuals and families seeking counseling, career development, and community support. We are seeking $400,000 to establish the first hub, offering a sanctuary for growth and empowerment.
