L.I.N.K. already provides case management, counseling, employment support, and life skills training through our existing programs and partner network. What we are fundraising for is the dedicated housing facility that will allow us to house individuals and families directly. We are also gathering community needs data through our CABS Survey to guide our planning. Your donation today helps make that facility a reality.
Our Vision — Facility Coming Soon
L.I.N.K. Empowerment Ministry is raising funds to establish a dedicated Transitional Housing facility that will bridge the gap between homelessness and permanent housing — providing safe, structured living environments for individuals and families working to rebuild their lives.
The support services are already in place: L.I.N.K. currently provides case management, life skills training, employment assistance, and counseling through our programs and community partnerships. We are now fundraising for the housing facility itself — the physical space where we can bring all of these supports together under one roof.

Once the program launches, individuals will be able to submit an interest form. Our team will review each situation and reach out to discuss needs and available options.
Each participant will meet with case managers for a comprehensive assessment to identify immediate needs, goals, and create a personalized stabilization plan.
Participants will move into a safe, supportive transitional housing placement with ongoing case management and access to all program services.
Participants will work toward goals — securing employment, saving money, improving life skills — with the full support of our team every step of the way.
Graduates will move on to permanent, stable housing with a strong foundation of skills, savings, and community support to ensure lasting success.
Support Services
Our dedicated case managers work one-on-one with individuals to develop personalized goals and provide ongoing guidance, advocacy, and accountability.
Resume writing, job search assistance, interview coaching, and connections to local employers help our clients take steps toward financial independence.
We offer workshops covering budgeting, financial literacy, cooking, home maintenance, and other essential skills for independent living.
We provide faith-based counseling and wellness support to help individuals heal from trauma and develop the emotional resilience needed for long-term success.
